If anyone is interested in a Hitch, Trailor, Or side car, Jay sent me this email today. I am working today but may stop on my way home around 3pm. I have tomorrow off and might just find myself going out for a ride.

We will be at South Sound BMW all day today with our trailers, sidecars and hitches.

I don't need a hitch, trailer or a sidecar...but I DO need to ride.

If you decide to ride SUNDAY, let me know. I can't decide what direction I want to go. ~;-)

Hello Coni,
The dealership was full of vendors for just about every item sold there. Tents, autocom, helmets, gadgets and you name it. There were lots of people there. They were giving away prizes like candy. They gave away a new Nolan N102 that I was really wanting. I got out of the place for about a hundred. Pretty lucky this time.
They are calling for rain tomorrow. This is the NW and thats nothing new. I went out for a short 2 hour ride today, Not enough. How much of a ride do you want to go on? I am game for anything. Anybody else interested?

We did Multnomah Falls, Horse Tail Falls, and The Vista House and then shot home today, what a day, the pain of it all was we were not on the bikes. We were driving back from Idaho.
Stopped at the Harley Dealer and we were going to stop at the BMW South Sound but it was getting late. Yep, I blew it. Sounds like a fun time was had at South Sound BMW.
I got home and turned on the TV and heard tomorrow it will be a whole other kettle of fish but if anyone is going riding, I'm up for a spin.
I wonder if the forest service road to windy ridge is opened yet, anybody know about that?

Coni,
The weather forcast is improving, I do not know if the road is open yet. Last year it seemed like forever for it to open. Are you thinking the Morton side or I-5 Side? Give me a call 206 819-7020

Coni and I are metting at Southsound BMW around 10:30 and heading to the coast via the backroads. We may meet up with some of the Oregon folks and maybe the Wanderer himself. Feel free to join us. Or wander out to the coast on your own route and meet up with us. I will be checking the cell from time to time. Hopefully we'll see you along the way.

Coni,
I had a great ride and afternoon. I'm glad we finally had a chance to ride together. I was going to take you on a detour route up marine view drive but I did realize it was getting a little late, I just love those back country roads with little or no traffic!! Thanks again for the clam chowder it was good and hit the spot. I hope you made it home okay. See you soon

Sorry we missed you guys. Ernie & Pauline and I had a pleasant afternoon ride down some of Oregon's back roads. I saw exactly one drop of rain, right in the middle of my face shield. :)

We'll catch up with you northern folks next time.

Hey Brian,

You sure know those back roads! I swear I have *never* been through Tacoma so fast and with such great scenery not to mention the rest of the 165 miles to Westport.

So much I had never seen before I really enjoyed it.

Sorry we missed Ernie Pauline and Ken but it sure was a great ride. We'll catch you all on the flip flop!

Brian, you are a great guide.

Thanks so much,

Coni,
Thanks for the kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed the ride. It was a great ride and no performance awards to boot! I'm leaving way to early in the morning for NM so I can Visit my brother and bring back some green chili's. Hopefully I will See the whole gang when I return.
