Minneapolis April 6th

I know some of you in the twin cities area are familiar with Betty's Bikes and Buns just north of downtown Minneapolis. On Thursday night April 6th at 7pm Andy Golfine (owner of Aerostitch) will be there with new catalogs and talking about new products. This is also First Thursday. If you are unfamiliar with this term it is a motorcycle gathering at Deluna's pizza the first Thursday of every month. If the weather is nice there will be hundreds of bikes of all types there. I plan on being at Bettys and hope to see some fellow LTers there.

Any chance you could give us a report on April 7th?

We've been thinking of going to Duluth to get measured for an Aerostich suit, but if they are going to have new products introduced soon I may want to throw that into the mix.

Dang! I'll be out of town that Thursday. They'll probably mail out the new Catalogs, but it would be fun to see you guys again... it's been too long (and all my fault).

Harold, I wimped out. I started to ride there and got about a mile and the skys opened with thunder and lightening and hail so I beelined it home. Sorry.
Maybe Dave Quick made it and can give a report. I do know the new catalogs are out with a lot of new goodies.

I worked late and got to Betty's about 7:15. The place was so packed I literally could not get in the door. I hung around for about 10 minutes and then took off.
