I rolled in there Saturday after having the DragonFly Push started twice by very tolerant friends due to the dead battery.

Rolled directly up to the Service Department and was immediately greeted with a smile by the service manager.
I told the tell of woe and that I was on the road out of Tampa heading to North Alabama and need a new battery.
35 minutes later they had the PC680 installed and the DragonFly pointing out the door ready to go.
Outstanding Customer Service and no whining about us standing in the Service Department talking while the work was being performed.http://www.bmwlt.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif
