CeeBaileys - With or Without Wings?

I'm upgrading my windshield from 2001 stock.

1. Anyone try the Cee Baileys with wings? Is it noticeably better than without wings?

2. I'm 5'9", so how high can I go on the Cee Baileys and still be able to see over it comfortably when in the lowest position?

3. Also, my wife is complaining of a strong draft to her ankles. Any fixes for that? (to the bike, not the wife!)

30" inseam
I went with #2 with wings -3"
Love the wings (really creats a quiet zone)
Next time I'd go -4" (Karen is very happy with the screen all the way down)
Draft on ankles ??/ Higher boots and heated socks.
I bought my girl a pair for her birthday and she loves mw like we were kids again.
