I live in southern Utah, and I will ride to Phoenix very often. I have found the Scottsdale, AZ service department to be very helpful-they always take me in without notice. I don't know of any BMW dealer that will overnight parts for free, Salt Lake and Denver won't. I don't mind paying for this service.
