Anyone try NEO ION from mp3yourcar?

I searched but could not find a post where anyone has sucessfully installed the NEO ION or NEO ION SP from mp3yourcar. I see so many threads citing issues with the Ice Link, that I am looking for an alternative. I would appreciate any comments on the NEO ION.

The NEO ION is the Dension Icelink SP. I know since I've purchased one from them.
