Just want to give a belated thumbs up to Mac's Cycle in Clarkston, WA. I had my K-LT 10K service done there on my way from Alaska to CCR last summer. I arrived two days earlier than I had reserved for my appointment, and they slipped me right in even for this all-day service. And they lent me a R-ST off the showroom to ride around the day my bike was being serviced, including directions to Spiral Road (which I found to have been appropriately named) just outside town. They were just good guys from the owner on down, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I gotta agree with you on Mac's Cycle. When I was on my first 'El Jeffe's Excellent Adventure', the gang at Mac's got me set up for a 12K service and even washed the bike when they were done. And I don't mean just a simple wash. This kid detailed it to showroom new!
