Yeppir, Doug - that is a nice ad. Kudos to the layout artist.

Minor glitch in the 'Answer' page - bottom of the page shows wrong spelling for the e-mail addy. Butt I think most folks will 'lean' the right way!

Hey Dick:

Are my ads in there - there should be four of 'em sprinkled around? Have not got my copy yet...

Dayam computer wouldn't wake up this morning, Ron - sorry I'm late to the Kkaafffeee pot!

Yeppir - they got well-placed. Top corners of the page; eye-catching with the logo and the 'white space'. Hope your site gitz overloaded!! :bmw: It's the steady, long-term results you look for, I'm sure. Those oughta do it.

OK, well we (CE promotion/advertising dept/ as well as MOA ON ad director exchange several copies of this ad.. CE graphics department did the final makeup with their graphics and forward to ON... but we where trying to beat the deadline and we did by a few hours for the March issue. I submitted the wording and idea and Chateau Elan marketing department designed the layout.

I might say that Tom Purcell with Chateau Elan, Ted Moyer with BMW MOA ON where great to work with on this project.. We (CCR) had three placement ads (FREE) due us this year because we are a chartered member of MOA, last year in error MOA ON omitted one of our placement ads, therefore we got the three free this year... I cut a deal with MOA ON to combine all our freebees to one full color half page ad, then got CE to purchase the "answer page" and to promote CE... BTW, MOA ON cut CE a very good deal on the "answer page" as well.. From our viewpoint, because CCR is about 40 away from total sellout, this ad was a good PR tool for our group, it was very good for BMW ON, because they now have a "resort" advertising on their pages...they believe that it will open some other doors for similar resorts or venues...

I like the co-op aspect also and future advertisment chairmans for CCR have a tool to use for promotion of this event...

With the advance promotion of by Chateau Elan's video for us and our very early near sellout this gave us a chance to "toot our horn" for our charity giving and the places we have been with CCR.

Thanks Doug and Dick for your comments...

See you at CCR if not before...

Cool, thanks Dick. Hmmm, top corners - wonder how that happened... :thumb:

You'll have to look at them again for the next two issues...:)
