Need a little help please

I ordered a battery from www.MotorcyclebatteriesUSA.com (http://www.motorcyclebatteriesusa.com/) on Friday, February 3, 2006 11:47 AM.
Paid using PayPal, got the confirmation from PayPal by email.
I still have not received the battery.
I have emailed them several times at ADMINISTRATION@MOTORCYCLEBATTERIESUSA.COM (ADMINISTRATION@MOTORCYCLEBATTERIESUSA.COM) but still no word.
I have emailed them from the contact page on their site and still no word.
I sent a FAX to the number listed on the Contact Page, no answer.

I did a whois search on motorcyclebatteriesusa.com and got:

Administrative Contact : Morgan, Tom customerservice@motorcyclebatteriesusa.com 3943 Irvine Blvd. #239 Irvine, CA 92602 US Phone: 949-654-8185

I called the number and it rings with no answer until the call gets dropped.
I can't find a listing for them in Irvine,CA.

More research turned up MBU inc. as a parent company.
Again no luck locating a voice line number.

Can someone do a reverse lookup on this address and get me the voice line?

Sounds like an experience I recently had.

Good luck sorting it out..Sounds like you need to reverse the sale through Paypal and move on.. No phone# on website is kind of a bad sign...

Dave I had the same experience with the same company and glad I used my credit card. after several weeks I had the charges cancelled and never heard from the battery co. Ordered the battery from a different co and had the battery in a couple of days. It appears that this is some kind of scam, I called information for the phone number and thier phone was disconnected. CC company came through.

Since the Bozo in charge of MotorcycleBatteriesUSA.com refuses to answer my inquiries about the battery I ordered but has yet to delivered,
I filed the complaint with PayPal's Resolution Center.

PayPal turned this around quickly. I had email waiting this morning from PayPal and the Vendor. The refund was already in my PayPal account.

The Email I received from the vendor:

Hey, Dave - I know the batteries can be had cheaper than where I've purchased my two, butt I use BatteryMart, and ax 'em if there are any current discounts or free shipping (all they can say is no!!). And, I've gotten expected service from 'em both times.
