For providing me with a first class seat and quick and courteous customer service. Also, thanks to Raffy and Ron Miller for their thoughtful consideration in trying to help me get the heated seat wiring operational. Russell called me this morning in response to an email I sent them over the weekend and told me how to perform the heated seat hookup-simple and to the point.
