Don't know if this has already been posted here, but it's worth seeing again anyway. There's just SO many things wrong in these three simple pics.

Wonder how he looks now, after doing that while wearing all the proper gear (for a Harley rider).
I would like to see the aftermath pictures. Wonder where his bike went? Hopefully not into another rider coming from the opposite direction!

You just know there is going to be a problem when you see armpit hair.
"I'm cool, just watch how I enter this curve with one hand. Whoa, going a bit fast for that decreasing radius turn, think I'll give the front brake a tickle - yeah, that's the ticket! Gee, I never imagined Harley made such GREAT brakes!, (they are made in Japan) think I'll give Willie G a "high five" with my toes!"

Interesting pictures. Laughable commentary on the other site, though. Most of those guys don't have a clue as to what happened. Since this is the internet, I'll offer my viewpoint - which, of course, is 100% accurate and not at all subject to debate. heh heh.
Photo #1 - he's navigating the curve and is already in a lean that his body telegraphs that he really isn't comfortable with. Perhaps he is adjusting his body angle because he's trying to make a better picture - but I'd bet it's because he's not comfortable with the 20-25-30 degree lean he's got going there. Somebody needs to explain centrifugal force and gyroscopic precession to him. He makes the entire thing much more worse by seeing the photographer. He's gotta sneak a peak over there at Joe Photographer - meaning he's taken his eyes off the road. Worse, he has to perform a little Harley Joe Cool wave. He'd have been in a much better position if he had waved with his right hand. The minute he took his left hand off the bars, I'm betting he inadvertently pushed forward with his right hand - thus increasing the lean angle to the point of no return. Note that the far side of the bike is already pretty close to the pavement. Also, I gotta wonder the purpose of the bars on the bottom of the engine, below the footrests? Engine guards? Decorations? Either way, looks like a stupid idea. Look close at photo #2 - this is what is sparking up the neighborhood.
Photo #2 - he still could have saved this with a bit of experience. He's grabbed the left bar and is hanging on for life - staring straight ahead too. One can only guess what he did at this point - did he grab the left bar and try to pull her back upright? Or did he aggressively grab the bars with his left hand, thus exacerbating the lean angle right into the ground? Either way, he's well and truly fucked at this point.
Photo #3 - yeah, life is tough. It's a lot tougher if you're stupid. ATGATT. That tshirt and piece of shit helmet could have killed him.
Anybody know what happened to the dead guy? Uh, I mean, harley rider? (snicker snicker) If not dead, I'm betting major problems.

I'm reminded of line from the movie Tommy Boy, "ouch, that's gonna leave a mark."

Nah he rode off...it was a pretty gentle low-side. He had some rash on his side, just below his armpit.

I think the boot in the air was just one last try at being Joe Cool.
It looks to me like he was just trying to finish with a "Kurt Thomas Flare"

If you look at photo 2, the front wheel is not spinning (compare to rear tire).
This boy hit the front brake in the middle of that mess.
Classic!

Just to be a smartass I cropped the picture of the HD rider with his leg in the air and made it into my avater for the previous post.
I had no intention of leaving it like that so I went in right afterwards and changed it to this picture.
This is the avater that comes up now even in posts that I did a couple of days ago, duh, I didn't know that.

Yep...with this software, when you change your avatar and/or signature...it follows every post you ever made. I like it.

I'm interested in knowing how much injury he ended up with considering the amount of protection he had from what he was wearing - fingerless gloves and heavy boots - that's it.

According to killboy.com, just some road-rash. Better to be lucky than smart, I guess.
