I have been ordering nearly all my parts from Chicago BMW since 2001. I appreciate their discount but have regularly been frustrated by their slow shipping. I ordered some parts Monday night online and they arrived today. That's quick!

I wish I could share your enthusiasm. I ordered $300 worth of parts from Chicago on Monday the 6th and paid extra to expedite one of the parts out of the warehouse. Today is the 17th and I still haven't received them! I called yesterday and they told me the package shipped on 9th or 10th. This is my first order and I'm not impressed.
