R 1200 Montak Cruse control

I have a riding buddy who recently purchased a 2004 R 1200 Montak and needs to add an good manual cruse control or an electric one if it's available. I did a search and came up with nothing. Any suggestions?

We just bought my wife an R1200CLC with the same electonic cruise control as my Lt. The CL and the Montak all spring from the same basic bike. It seems the CL cruise control should be able to be retrofit onto the Montak. I don't know if all the individual pieces are available or, prohibitively expensive but it's worth some thought.
