What you want is a oxy welding kit strapped to your back with a mo-fo blowtorch that blows flames about 6 foot long, deep blue super hot flames


or better yet a napther/napalm burning flame thrower this should throw flames about 20 or 30 feet no worries!

you could probbly make your own with a windscreen wiper pump a bottle and some flamable liquid with an igniter at the end.just be careful you dont blow yourself to kingdom come with it.

Judging by the way the flame followed the laminar flow down the skaters back's at low speed you may want to consider a fire extinguisher for your butt as well!
