does anyone have a good idea how to mount
a cordless Escort Solo 2 on an RT?

Do some searches on mounts and see what appeals to you. The clutch fluid cover with a ram mount might be nice. Most of the vendors have different choices. CycleGadgets.com or Ram Mounts would be a good start.
