Steve,
What a great record of an incredible adventure. I really enjoyed the trip as I started my career traveling Montana and moved to PA from Lewisville (Highland Shores) six years ago so recognize some of the terrain.
Thanks,
Mark

Glad you are ok. Great pics. You almost made it there . It is not the destination but the journey. Looks like a great journey.

wow, great read, great pics.
having had this experience, are there things you would have done differently? taken different gear? maybe used knobbies on the dempster?
i'm doing alaska this summer and, honest, am not sure i'll do the prodhoe bay part. i think i will... but... well, there's your story. how did you get out of there? how was the bike recovered? what costs were involved with the recovery? did you have a tow package that covered the costs? i understand the KOA package is one of the best.
