52 degrees and rain here in metro Atlanta, GA. It's 8:15 and we've only had about a dozen at most. And even those were dropped off at the driveway by cars.

I heard a heard a stroke of genius on the radio earlier today, the caller was coating brussel sprouts in chocolate to give out as 'treats'. I can just imagine the kids reaction :-))

Ours started at about 3 PM. City rules - 3 - 8. 48 F. degrees, partly cloudy, no rain - best its been in years.
We live in the rain forest formerly known and Chicagoland. 18 of the 31 days in October had rain.
It was great to see kids able to wear costumes without overcoats. No sweat here.

Well, it was dry & around 45 F. hear . we got a total of " 0 " . But that just makes more candy for me :dance:
