Good friend Gone

A sad note today. A good friend and biker passed away last night.
To you all here he was known as NASCALT, Sam to others.
Here lived here in Palm Beach. A police officer, also as a bikecop who has been fighting for us and himself. He passed on fighting lymphoma.
I met him at RTE a couple years ago and rode with him at times after. A good friend who understands friendship and the bike passion. We discussed all bikes and when he would buy another LT, that sadly he sold because of his disease, almost weekly.
Please put Shirley (wife) in all your prayers. There will be a service saturday at 11.

I don't know what to say, I've only met Sam a few times,
that wasn't enough, he was easy to like.

I remember when he pulled up next to me at a stoplight
on the way to an RTE,
even with his full face helmet on
I could see that he was grinning "ear to ear",

That's how I will remember him, sitting on his LT and "beaming"

I'm sorry to hear that he's gone, my condolences to his wife.
