I can't remember now who was complaining about some BMW dealer who had put 52 pounds in his front tire during service, but then someone else responded and mentioned the dealer in Fort Myers, FL as being pretty nice.

Well, whoever it was, you're really right! Those guys at Gulf Coast Motorcycles are really nice. I'm on my own version of the 4 corners trip (more about that in another post another day) and noticed one of my PIAA riding lights was burned out. I had just replaced one just before I left on this trip and the other one was now out. I called a dealer in Tampa and they didn't have the light in stock and wouldn't have one until next Monday. Then I saw the post about the guys in Ft Myers and called them. Bo Muller in the parts dept said he had one. I asked him to put in aside for me and I would pick it up this afternoon. This was two days ago. He did so, and when I went in today to pick it up, it was waiting and they were actually nice enough to install it for me as well. The total cost was VERY reasonable to say the least. They even charged me less than the dealer in Loveland, CO.

So, if it weren't so far down here, I'd use them for my service all the time. Unfortunately, I live in CO, so......

So to whoever mentioned these guys, THANKS! and Thanks to you too Gulf Coast MC.
:)

They do! I'm wearing one now. Flouresent yellow with a cut-away air-head engine on the front and their store logo on the back.

Good folks, definitely afficianados running the place. And I love the old school feel of that old building.
