Just as I entered Custers State Park
About 3 miles down the road I rounded a corner to have a MaMa Buffalo & 2 calves in the road. Lucky for me there was room to squeeze between the 2 calves

Be careful around those beasts. We had one chase after a friend of mine when we were up there. I stayed a ways back 'til I was sure the Buffalo was too tired to chase me.

It's called Bear Country, USA a private reserve. It not only has bears but other animals as well. IT's a drive throught park where you are up close to the animals.

I was really glad to see my friends at CCR. I was a bit sad that some of you could not be there with us, but I was thinking about you, and praying that you were safe and sound wherever you were. I have been away from this forum lately because of my renewed focus on the church, and CCR reminded me of how much I care about you SouthCiders! I hope I can get away for the next RTE, but until then God bless all of y'alls pointed little heads!! :wave

These two sweet young ladies, high school juniors, and members of our church youth group, like me so much they each had this as their Facebook profile pictures for a while! Hard to believe they would want their friends to see them with goofy old me! :)
