I was going to take Lindy to Queen Whillimena for her birthday. Sold out.
Mt. Magazine, Sold out..
Any suggestions within 150-200 miles of OKC ? That might not be sold out already ?
Unfotrunately due to a back issue, Lindy can't ride too far anymore.
Thanks
John

John, have you tried Devil's Den? Fall colors are really nice up in the Boston mountains. It's also close to Fayetteville and Springdale if you want some good restaurants, There seems to be a few things going on in DFW, but not a good ride or off the beaten path.

Good luck. There's always Eufalla Inn. ;) or Grand lake of the Cherokee.

Devils Den has some nice cabins that you can rent. It's a great little park with some really great hiking trails and caves to explore.
Eureka Springs can be fun. Great roads as well as shopping for the wife (if she's into that).
Broken Bow area can be nice as well, but the area is not as nice as Magazine or Mena.

How about a room in Mena? It's right there at the foot of the mountain and there is a lot more to do in town. You can still make the ride and be back in a day.
