Creaking tupperware

If got an 2003 LT and just recently noticed that when I sit on the seat or even push on it with my hand I hear the tupperware flexing and a creaking sound. When I put the seat on the high position the sound goes away. Obviously the seat, when it's in the low position is is touching the tupperware, but I can't find any adjustments to the seat other than the high/low bar.

Has anybody else experienced this!

Do you have the factory low seat on the bike? IIRC with that seat you had to modify the fairing panels underneath the seat to add clearance for it so it wouldn't hit.
