Ohlins V Wilbers

Been reading through all of last years posts, but can't find a comparison between the two shocks. Does anyone out there have any experience with both? And if so, given that experience, which do you like better and why.

Well you guys were a big help! Just talked to Ted at The BeemerShop. Had a very interesting conversation, and based on that, I just ordered Wilbers. Guess we'll see how that goes.

I have Ohlins because the Wilbers service I encountered where I live was not up to standard. Nothing to do with the shocks themselves.

I doubt many people have tried both shocks.

What persuaded you to purchase the Wilbers ?.

I bet if you asked for compare (Ohlins, Wilbers, or Workz) to BMW OEM, you'd get lots of response. I doubt if you'd get much for comparing the rebuildables because they are rebuildable. There may be some who have had one brand on bike A and another brand on bike B, but they would be few and far between.
