Hi guy's

I am looking for some hardware to mount a serius radio. I like the looks of the RoadyHolder and I think I could modify it to fit the serius. Has any one else had any luck with that. I would rather mount it on the clutch side, but the handle bar cover on the brake side has some natural openings that would allow for cable routing.

Thanks!

Which model do you have? I've mounted both the Audiovox and a Sirius Sportster unit on my BMR shelf via the corresponding mounts. Works well for me. I didn't like having anything mounted on the handlebars since it distracted me from seeing the mirrors.

I ordered the RoadyHolder, which worked fine but I felt the radio set to far to the left. It blocked the left mirror a little. I used it for a pattern and took a piece of 16 ga. steel and made a different one moving the radio to the right one inch. I also bent it so the radio set level. I show a pic of the original mount and the one I made.

Edgar... It is a Streamer GT. I prefer mounting it on the handlebar for easier access, but that is a good point about the mirror thing. I'll have to give that some more thought.

Jerry... Thanks for the info & the offer. I may PM you this evening when I have some more time.

You might try something like this. It is a piece of 1/8" x 2" aluminum stock attached to the top of the brake reservoir with some spacers and longer screws.

Martty,

This is the RoadyHolder I have for the clutch reservoir with the screws and spacers.
