Found these at Wally World today for $8.95 +tax. They are hard plastic with 7 LEDs and what appears to be a little reflective material around them. Now granted they don't "disappear" in the day time like your's but they don't look too bad.

Hey, John - they mount with supplied adhesive or ....? I've already got the Muth thangs, butt wonder if your find would work on the front of the mirror housing? Ya think??

They have 3M adhesive on them. They are hard plastic and need a fairly flat surface. Could use some extra double stick foam tape to make it work.

Thanks John - I'm athinkin' and athinkin'!! Wuz just in W-mart's auto department yesterday and didn't see 'em (they got plenty of them lit valve stem cap thangies tho!!!), so I'll ax somebody to order 'em in.

They were in the area where all the stick on dash doodads were. You know temp indicators, cup holders. Not in the lighting area, go figure.

I saw those same ones at Pep Boys in Tampa
