You think you've got the "CCR: When Do We Get There Blues?" Might be a song in there somewhere. Sheldan2 (Mike), his wife, and I are leaving Aug. 22 going to Yellowstone for a few days and then over to Deadwood for a couple more. Then we'll be in Rapid City on Tues. We've planned and routed, routed and planned. Originally thought about making some stops to see stuff along the way, then decided to just get out west and explore Yellowstone and the Tetons, followed by the area around Deadwood. Today is day 23 until we leave. Talk about having a hard time waiting. For me, this is a trip of a lifetime. That's what I told my wife. She had no interest in joining us. That's why it's the trip of a lifetime. I didn't tell her a different trip of a lifetime would show up next year at this time. :D ;)

We can't wait to get going. Seeing the sights will be nice, but I'm also looking forward to meeting people from this community.

Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock? It feels more like Tick.....shake, shake, tap, tap. Is this thing working?!

Can't hardly wait! Time sure crawls by while you're waiting, then flies like crazy while you're there! for any of you that aren't going, what in the heck is the matter with you???

Just found out that I will have my right foot operated on on September 25th. That will keep me of bikes for a while... :(

Wow, I just saw this. Be sure and let Ann and I know if there is anything you need before or after the surgery. Who is doing it and where?
