I literally just got a short - and sweet - note from a customer we made a seat for last October. This says it all:

"Just to let you know I went to Alaska on my 1200 GT with your seat. It was comfortable even after 7200 miles of riding in 15 days."

We made his seat from Polar Mesh and hand selected layers of different density 3M Visco Elastic foam specifically for his weight and height. An average of 480 miles, day after day...

Michael could have chosen to have a seat made by one of the "Big Four" (Corbin, Russell and the two Mayer Brothers) right around the corner in California. He chose KonTour Seat.

An additional note:

Our seats do NOT require a cheap, baggy nylon rain cover that other designs require and costs $40.00 extra (or more) for EACH SEAT. :eek:

The aluminized polyethylene barrier fabric underneath Polar Mesh is glued onto the seat in one piece, there are no needle holes or seams to allow water through to the foam. Polar Mesh is hydrophobic, it cannot absorb water.

Water drains through Polar Mesh, on to the barrier, then off the sides.
