I ordered the parts to replace my throttle cables on my 03 LT. I noticed on the website that my order from last May 08 for the same parts was still there and listed as ordered. Am I doing something wrong here? I can't imagine a parts order sitting there for over a year. I messaged the admin to make sure my order was placed. I'd like to get my cable replaced before I do another long trip this summer.............. :D

I quit doing business with them when it took over 2 months to get brake pads. I buy as much aftermarket as I can and use my local dealer for the rest now.

I have decent results by calling them. The web ordering leaves something to be desired..

Same thing happened to me with Chicago BMW. I had to cal them to get the order shipped sat there for well over a month.

I think they may need the assistance of a good WEB developer.

They typically don't go in and update the web after the order is placed. Some times I have had to call them to get the order moving. The last one just showed up a week after I placed the order. If I need it now I get it else where if I just want to save money I get it from them.

I have always had great service from them, I always call in the order and find out if it is stock or not so I know how long the wait will be. Can't beat the savings.

I agree John, additionally the parts manager told me it is best to call in the order, ask them to look if the parts are in stock, and let them know if you want to "wait until complete" of "ship partial order & B/O rest"

When they are busy, they sometimes resist taking a physical look.

I called in and the order I posted May 08 was still there on the website but not in the system. He said the order I placed on July 19 was in the system and to disregard the website postings. They had received a larger order that day and mine should be shipped soon. I'll call from now on.............. :D

The parts were on my rear deck when I got home Wednesday. Now I have a project for the weekend. I hope the rain holds off................. :D
