These guys are so good that they take the sting out (almost) of the prices they charge ;). You almost feel like family when you go in, the sales department asks you once if there is anything they can do for you, then they leave you alone except to BS (when they have time). The Service department had a line of 7 bikes waiting for check in, The guys took their time and explained everything to everyone, yes you had to wait but everyone was treated the same - a really great experience. it has been similar in each visit over the past 4 years. Just had extensive warranty work done and the bike runs fabulously as with every service i have had done.
