I've got nothing but praise and kudos (even though I just hate that stupid word) for both the sales department--who put me on a 05 LT--and a service department who's chief tech, Scott, came out when i was doing the bike walkthrough after the purchase and gave me a bucketful of tips and info in addition to the salesman's speil.

The day after i rode the bike home, my salesman called me to discuss the bike and my opinions and thoughts on it. He also stated that he had gotten an owners manual and would drive it to me if i needed it (they were out of the manual for the 05 when i purchased the bike as it was their last one and they had the 06 manuals but no 05s)

It is my understanding that this service department also won the 04 BMW national best service award for a shop of their size.

On an anecdotal note, with about 50 miles on my bike, i returned to the dealer to pick up said owners manual and mentioned to Scott that my cd player seemed to skip more than I would expect for a highway cruise. he didn't bat an eye and old me i could either come in immediately to have the cd player changed out for a new one or could schedule it.

The dealer is small, but i was more than impressed with their selection, sales techniques and service. they are a little sparse in their clothing and apparel but have all of the necessary stuff for the all weather rider. And, if they don't have it, they can get it within 24 hours, usually.

TWO THUMBS UP for Bloodworth BMW!

I have had very good luck with Scott and the Bloodworth service team as well. I bought mine in Cincinnati, but Nashville is lots closer to me here in Western KY --- so Bloodworth is where I typically had my service done, if I wasn't doing it myself.

I think they stripped out 3 screw holes once on my valve cover, and just on my word they were willing to fix it -- but I had already fixed myself --- no complaints at all.

I was in Nashville last year for few days for a conference, called Scott and they put a new front Metz on the LT. Even though it was no big deal but they got me in and out. Scott was very friendly and helpful.
