Moped parts, where to get them

Hi all,
I am helping a friend get his Clinton 50-A Moped running after sitting idle for years. We need a new Fuel shut-off valve and I can't find a source for them. Bike was built November of 80 in Taiwan if that helps any.

Fuel tank has a 14mm threaded nipple that the fuel valve screws onto. On the existing one the mounting swivel nut is cracked and unrepairable.

Any ideas on where we might find one?
