A few months back I had to have the rear heated seat switch replaced under warranty. The ASC switch appears to be of the same flimsy design and has also started popping off from the main body. Dealers are ordering one up for when I take it in for the next service (got a trip to Ullapool in Scotland to do first :) )

Is it just me or has anyone else here had these switchs break?

No problem here... Not with the rear seat heater switch anyway. I don't have ASC...

No problems with any of the switches on my new 1300GT. My only problem is a faulty fuel guage sensor. It shows 50 miles to go when I ran out of gas recently. It happened in the dealers parking lot on the way for 600 mile service. They will "fix" it in 2 weeks.Hopefully!!
On the other k-bike forums there are mentions of some faulty switches from very early production 1300s.
