As some of you remmebmer, I'm having a cut on the voltage on the CD wires on the saddlebag of my 2002.
If I have no charge on the wires, it shows 12V.
As soon as I put some charge on it, it drops to 4.99v (+/-)

Looks like was a concensus here that I was having a corroded connection on the line.
By Messe instructions, I got access to the radio back connectores (both side pannels plus the radio sting) and expose the wires there.
I found the connector for the CD there (see picture 'connector from cd')
I messure the homs on tha cable, from front to back and both positive and negative I got 0.02 (almost zero homs), withc is good.
Not I'm trying to find the main power source for the whole radio cables. I tought was the wires on picture 'tough was radio power' and 'tough was power', but it's not.
So, 2 questions:
1) which pair brings power the the radio?
2) how can I 'clean' the suposed corroded connection, since it's all inclosed on that plastic connecot? can I open that connector? w/o braking it?

Thank you
