Paluma is located about 60 kilometers to the North of Townsville, Qld.About 1/2 way between Townsville and Ingham.
It is mostly a single lane road. I have recorded the road on to DVD and when we move to our new house and get adsl i weill set up a FTP site and convert it to vcd if anybody wants to d/l it.
It is 22 kilometers with 200 turns! I recorded it a few weeks ago just after christmas and i was fortunate ebough to encounter only a handfull of cars.Usually it is very busy and there has been quite a few accidentd where people have driven over the edges as most corners dont have guard rails.
There is a few creeks and waterfalls in the area you can stop at and go swimming at.At Paluma itself there is a few tourist shops and a small village. There is accomdation available as well and there is a large dam as well.
