What are you doing this May bank holiday (4 May)
Its promising to be a nice weekend, so what are your plans?
I’m staying in the caravan by Ormskirk and will have my bike with me so I’m thinking Southport or Blackpool,
But on Sunday or Monday I been thinking about the Lake District,
Can anyone point me to the best roads to take round there?
Better still, is anyone thinking the same?

Had a trip round Élan Valley with c00k1e the other week and it was terrific.
So how about it? Anyone up for it?

Bike is at dealer yet again everytime I go to skeg I break down third time since october same fault. Bike wont start in morning but give it a couple of hours and away she will go well usually but not this time.
I was lucky to have some warrenty left on it so used the bmw recovery service which i have found superb in the 3 times ive used it in 6 months.
I wont be out and about the lakes is not far from me about hour and half, been a few times well worth the trip might be worth looking at for next years treffen.

Bad news about your bike Phil, hope they get it sorted soon.

After this year’s Treffen we’ll have a better idea what is good and bad, (hopefully not too much bad) and then nominations can start for the next one.
But that's for next year,
As this is a joint members Treffen, we need as much input off others to get an idea what will make this year a success,
And anything that cart be incorporated this year, there will be others,
