I just signed today for a NEW 2005 1200LT at CCBMW...Scott had one left over with everything on it.

I just now need to go to Boston and bring back my 2003 for a trade in ....

Oh, yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: I walked in for an extended warranty for my 2003 ( factory expires at the end of the month ), so I got me a NEW bike instead of an extended warranty.

Ocean Blue 2005 Yeah yeah baby! Transferring PIAA lights, High and Low Beam HID's from my 2003...It has the new comm system on it and the dealer is installing a GPS.

Moving over my Muth mirrors, daytime running lights in the back....Trailblaizer lights.

What a sweet ride ( I hope )...Also getting the comfort seat with the bar ( the one that come under the seat from my 2003 seat on it...I am tall and the height of the seat is NOT good for me)

Sweet. I love my 05. Been working the farkles myself except the piaa lights. I had the dealer put them on at the 600 miles check up which happend at like 1000 miles. I bought mine in mid Sept and ahve almost 4K on it now. LOVE IT. Good luck and hopefully we will see you at the MOA Rally in VT?!!?

Man, nothin beats a new BMW K1200LT 05 model. It's a fine design and a great improvement over the earlier models.

I thought that all of the seats had a bar to adjust the height on them? I put my 2000 heated seat on my used 05 as I like the wider seat for more contact. I have it in the high position and also use an air hawk to give me more elevation, less bent knees. (also have lowered pegs)
