Yep, that would be the punch line... Here's a picture that shows what caused an old timer to spat and say it... I was at the InMotion 4x4 club rally. Can you tell which one is mine? :D

OK I'll tell

The Hack is toast. during dinner the person with the Maserati asked me to move the rig.

I went out to start it and ............the engine is frozen. At first I thought it was the Trans But all that seems to be ok The engine will not roll over even with several of us pushing , it just skids
The clutch works .

The Joke is in the window. :(

Chuck now with two broken bikes.

OH anybody with a R80-100 BMW engine laying around I have a new home for it.

Now I'm sure Everything can be made to fit But the easest is an airhead up to 1983

They bolt directly to trans so the reverse is kept. and motor mounts are the same.

Though that motor looks good Kind of worrysome that the owner never started it though and it needs more parts just to find out.

Chuck, before you start dropping megabucks, give "Ski" at TriQuest a call (408) 855-8358. He is an absolute genius with Ural rigs, and has tons of spares on site. It would definitely be worth a call!

Hal, is that your Rubicon in the foreground? I'd like to hear about your build. Looks like a long arm kit. Which one? You install it?

Still deciding what I want to do about mine. Pretty much stock except for the winch a few other goodies. Amazing what it can do stock though.
