Lights inside the panniers

Iv'e recently been thinking about adding lights to the inside of my panniers to help on those really dark nights. I saw (somewhere while wandering through this website) what I believe was a self contained 3 led lamp fitted to someone's bike, just can't remember where or what they were.

Can anyone help?

There is a thread on the lights you mention. I bought several at WallyWorld for Christmas presents. $9 each I think, and bright. They are a Sylvania light.
