Thinking of an early Feb. trip. Any good off-roading around the Lodge or other areas?? Or are we better off taking the LT's??
Thanks

There are HUNDREDS of miles of jeep trail/improved and unimproved dirt roads in BBNP. In fact, they have a pamphlet that lays them all out. Contact the NPS and I'll bet you can order one before you get there. I'll also betcha a nickle that you can get it at REI.
Have fun on your GS. I love mine so much I've only put about 5k miles on my let since I got a GS!!!

REI=Recreational Equipment Incorporated
They started as a cooperative for backpacking, mountaineering, and other outdoor equipment. They've got an online presence and an increasing number of physical stores. I don't know if Oklahoma has any or not.
