I'm going through my '03 K12RS for it's 12K service. Since it's the same drivetrain, should I drill the weep hole in this bike also?

Hey, Joe - you might try over in the R-bike forums. Folks there with an RS or similar, may have some input.

Just sayin'!! ;)

I'll do that Dick. I just thought since it was a K and there seems to be more activity on this forum, I'd get an answer here. I've got all the plastic off, and the fuel tank out so either I go in and drill or put it all back together tomorrow. :wave

It has the exact same part numbers as the LT. Do it while it is apart. Good insurance. Have fun with those swingarm nuts.

I'm getting confused by what I'm reading. Are there two holes? One for the slave cylinder, and one in the bell housing?

I did the slave cylinder hole, the bell housing hole is a good idea. can be done anytime,no disassembly needed.

I would certainly do the Slave Weep Hole. ;)
