Anyone heard anything about this company? I ordered a seat cushion in October for promised delivery in November. Nothing has shown up yet and they don't answer email. Guess I was ripped off. Anyone know who to report such on-line thievery to?
Phone number from there site (TOLL FREE: 866-776-6979). Call them and see
what's up.

Edit: I just called the number and got " Sorry mail box full try back later"

I've heard complaints about this company on several boards.

If you charged your order with a credit card, dispute the billing.
