08 K1200LT Ambient Air Temp Sensor

Pulled off tupperware to install BMW CB--works fine--but found ambient air temp sensor hanging down under front left fairing (proximity to headlight).

Have no idea where to remount it..any ideas? A picture would very helpful.

Doug, it should 'snap-fit' into a clip just beside/near the parking lamp fitting - slightly below the headlamp. At least that's where it goes on my '99 --- assume the same for yours.

Thanks for the info...the clip that holds the sensor also came off.
