Once again, the Texas BMW Sport Riders are hosting their Annual Texas Hill Country Rally at the Inn of the Hills in Kerrville, TX on April 12-16, 2006.
They know it's Easter Weekend, so they adjusted the timing just a little. Instead of starting on Thursday, they are staring on Wednesday. And the finale banquet is scheduled for Friday night, instead of Saturday. This should give everyone the opportunity to head home for Easter, or hang out in the Hill Country for another day in the sun.
$10 for the Rally. $40 if you want dinner at the banquet on Friday night.

This rally is a lot of fun! While it may be predominantly K1200RS/GTs, we've had a growing number of LT riders attend this one.

If you need more info just let me know.
Hope to see some of Y'all,

This is a great get together and I really enjoyed it on my LT last year.
Warning Warning Warning!! LT riders be warned, DO NOT attempt to ride with the "James Gang" unless you truly want to find the limits of your LT and scrub off a lot of excess metal on the underside!
I seriously considered having them committed to the nearest mental institution for close observation (Remember me James?)
Seriously, it was a great time with a great bunch of folks. Go and enjoy.

Andy, hope to see you again this year at Pre THC and THC Roundup 2006.
We are thinking about bags of peg feelers. It was wonderful last year but this year is a Must Do.....Trust Me.
BMW Motorcycles of Fort Worth is donating a set of Avon st 45 and st46 for the Roundup. I know they do not work on the LT's so the Texas Posse have changed things for Y'all. If you win we will give you $ 175.00 in cash on the spot. www.tbmwsr.com
Good Luck to you,
James Myrick ( Trail Boss )

Hey, Finger painting, I used to be pretty good at that!
Won't be able to make the Pre-THC festivities, the wife will just be able to get enought time for the THC and I'll have to make the ride down over two days instead of straight through like last time. Looking to THC though.

Sorry Dave, meant to say Hi on the last post. I can't complain, been doing well and we have been having an extrordinary warm and dry winter. I've put on nearly 1000 mile of local riding in january when we are lucky to get 100 in a normal winter.

It would be great to see a good LT turnout at this event. I know several of our members who own other K-bikes will be there, maybe on their LTs, maybe on their other bikes, but it just doesn't matter. This gathering is a whole lotta fun.

BMW Motorcycles of North Houston is giving THCR is set of Avon tires to be given away at the banquet Friday. Our good friend Gregg in parts and the general manager Brian made this happen. So if you do business there tell them we appreciate their gift.
Regristration close on March 28th......

So glad to see you're coming Andy! It will be great to meet the missus - that poor woman who has to put up with you! Maybe we can talk her into a bit of Paonia too, eh?
And to you Texicans - we are really looking forward to coming down. We're having Boer goat and peckergnat withdrawal up here. Plus, Jeff, I owe you a beer anyway (Broncos v. Steelers - did we look like sh#t or what???)
We'll be headed south on the 9th, unless there's 10 feet of snow and I-25 is closed! Counting the days.

Sorry, you will not be able to buy a plate at the Banquet Friday night. Reason: On the 29th, I tell the Inn how many people we have for the Banquet and send them a check for the food. That is why we have " Regristration ".........Sorry
Only 3 LT's so far...........Oh Well.......Enjoy your ride
