Been blowin' here all day. Me and a half dozen neighbors been exchanging leaves. I goofed and left the garage door up while I hung some outside lights. Leaf blower made easy clean up out of the garage, butt had to be quick to keep up with the airborne leaves on 30 mph gusts!!

Temp wise, we'll be in the mid-thirties by mornin'. No rain tho. :(

Pretty much the same as you describe, Jack. A few degrees colder. With temps in the 20s at night this week it's going to be awhile before I ride.

2-3" of the white stuff last night and 5-10mph breeze from the North and 28 deg. on the 'ol thermometer. :wave

Just another beautiful day in the neighborhood. :D

The decision to spend the winter in Las Vegas and return to Colorado only to ski and ride the sled is looking pretty good. In my estimation 70 is perfect for riding and it was a delight to take advantage of it today. Snow in Denver and (thank God, finally) at the ski areas.

Roses still blooming; nice bright yellow Marigolds for another few days; Tangerines turning almost all orange.

Woke up to sleet (and the weather dude said nothing was hitting the ground). Started snowing a bit later then turned to a cold rain. Temps sposed to be going up keeping any precip water like. Still cooked a couple grade A's over some mesquite on the deck. But hey, I'll be doing that even when we have a foot of that white stuff on the ground. :) One has to eat well to ride well no?

Low 60's, full sunshine, 15-20 mph winds. I went for 25 mile bicycle ride out into the desert.

Funny thing happened on the ride. Out in the middle of nowhere, two little old ladies pull up along side me in an old full-size car to ask for directions. You know the kind, gray hair, could barely see over the dash. The driver asks me, "hey, you know where the gun range is?" I thought that was kind of funny.

Right now here in God's Country it's 38 degrees with a gentle zephyr out of the north at 7 mph. Our high today was 41 with soft breezes reaching a max of 41 mph out of the NNW. Tomorrow it's forecast to be sunny, 52 and gentle breezes again. yet again, no rain or snow and good riding weather. Try not to be too jealous

'Just got back from an errand at lunch. 70 degrees F and sunny. Perfect riding day. Too bad I had to get back to work. :sun:

Warning: Unless you absolutely have to go, avoid the Post Office today. At the one closest to me, there was a long line of cars blocking one lane of the street, and they were just waiting to pull into the parking lot.

What is the weather like, well it is either a time of year you can ride or it isn't here. When the water starts to freeze and there is more sand and salt on the road then road then I say it is awful weather and riding is over for the season.

But if your looking for temp and conditions. In the 20s, snow, ice, salt and sand.

I think it is time for you to ride your bike up here and see us.

Cool stuff. Neat to see what everyone is either "enjoying" or "enduring". At least it stopped raining here today, but is cold. Installed my new rear tire yesterday and will probably do the front on Wed. Then it's time to RIDE...cold or not! ;)

Unseasonably warm and dry. Mostly sunny, mid 50's today, with southerly breeze.

Still riding the bikes, and still with my mesh jacket (with liner though).

But, supposed to be a cold front coming, with cooler temps, rain, maybe even a skiff of snow tonight????

Hear in Northern Michigan we are riding the sleds. We got 15" on Sunday and they say another 20" for the next couple of days. I would rather be on the LT but the sleds are fun, if you don't get them stuck.

46 degrees this AM in South Florida....coldest winter so far down here in years. That's why they make jacket liners and heated grips, right?

I'll take it. My bike would have already been locked up for the winter in Ohio.

5:45 am, 23, with the snowflake on the dash just flashing away.

2:30 pm, 48 and pretty nice.

Sounds like I am going to need the electric stuff soon though, next 7 days our highs are only going to be 28-33.

No worries as long as the roads are dry and semi-clean.

31 degrees this morning, when I took her out of the barn (Sierra Foothills, in Northern CA). A little foggy, but should burn off.

Hadn't ridden for a couple weeks, so I couldn't resist!

Flew in from Vegas to Denver to ski with my son. Left 70 and arrived to 20. Just scanned this thread. I rode past the scene just a few weeks ago and have to ask ---D. Dragon--why the Monument Valley avatar? Always riding weather there 'fer sure.

We had variable weather for the whole week, from rain to light snow, fog, mist and all that ugly stuff :(

Ranging in the 25-35F as well, although that's a minor issue on an LT

Luckily, tomorrow is sunday and monday is a bank holiday, and for both days we'll have a shining sun and 45-50F again  :bike:

It was nice yesterday. We had 60 degrees and a very light wind with plenty of sunshine. I did a Toy run with the local crowd. Of course I was the only BMW there with all the Harleys. Several biker clubs showed up, some Bandidos, some Scorpions and a few Intrepidos. It was all bar stops except for the last two...........a stop at the Elks lodge where I did a chilli judging and a final stop at the Eagles lodge. Met a few old friends and rode the ride with a friend from the CMA that is a motor officer here on his white Harley. They had a nice turnout. Over a hundred bikes and lots of people......... :D
