I've signed up for the White Stag Rally this year. It's based in Beatty, Nevada. I know Bob has signed up, and I believe Tom has attended in the past. And I know we have a few more Rally veterans around here. :)
Any hints or advice for a rally newbie? I did the Snake River Solstice Rally through Idaho in 2005 and had a blast. I managed a 4th place which I was happy about for a first try, especially since I only got an hour's sleep the night before :(. Otherwise, it's usually just solo Iron Butt rides, or traveling with friends and no particular schedule.
And yes, I know to watch out for the ice. :D
