John,
I hope your fees for ERC's aren't going up now that you're a published author. Good article and the site is pretty interesting as well, a lot of good pics. I sure wish more of the Officers wore (or were able to wear) more gear.

Cool, never thought it as a published author. I am working on more gear. I do not know this if you know this, but last year we went to flip ups. My idea and this summer I hated it. They were hot, but now that the weather is cooler they are great. One thing I hate about my helmet is that the head liner was not removable. Ya, after a day or two, I could not but the helmet on. Also in the winter months we wear leather jackets. I working on new pants. I hate the horse pants. But you are right our gear sucks. You would laugh if you saw the horse boots we wear.

Great content. You say a lot, in a little space. I like that. But, you do need an editor. Don't feel bad. Every writer needs an editor. It's a proven fact.

Hey John,
In your credits you mention completing the Kevin Schwantz Suzuki School. How was it?
In the CCR forum, Jessie mentioned that there is a 2-day school scheduled at Road Atlanta just before the start of CCR, but it is quite expensive.
