POSITIVE! a good bunch of helpful people who love biking and want to provide good service and value for your hard earned dollars. They even sell on Ebay. Service there is a pleasure also. They did a bang-up job of fixing my tripmeter with the jumper kit and did it even though my warranty was expired!

Do they try to sell their new BMWs on eBay? 'Cause BMW Motorrad USA doesn't encourage their dealers to do that - in fact, they are penalized if they don't do a standard new bike sale and delivery at their shop.

Well Bob I don't know offhand but BMW of Daytona and BMW of Orlando and BMW in Oklahoma do it too. I think you have to pick it up there but I imagine they ship as well. We do have the climate for riding all year down here and people combine vacations to buy bikes. Next time I'm there I'll ask what the deal is.

I echo Brians coments and enthusiasm for this dealership. Very friendly and honest people to deal with. I hve never seen or heard of them selling new motorcycles on e-bay or through the Cycle Trader, etc. At times they will list tems on e-bay. I've personally seen a small Artic Cat ATV and some motorcycle accessories posted there.

I recently had an on the road service issue (traveling between Naples and Tampa, Fl) that they QUICKLY resolved and had me on my way at no charge. I was impressed with how quickly they came to my aid. I would not hesitate to use their service again. I was treated like an old customer whom they valued.

The fine folks in South Fort Myers are fair and reasonable with their business practices. Mr. Gallo heads the family spirit in that establishment. The old adage, "You get what you pay for" is so true with Mr. Gallo and his family.

Jeff and Jennifer know the meaning of sincere customer service. They are always a pleasure to work with and I look forward to giving them all of my LT business. I dread spending the money but I know the value of things. Gulf Coast Motorcycles is an exceptional value.

The service team headed up by Kevin is exceptional. Sean is my favorite wrencher because he's so knowledgeable and genuine. I know that when I have a service appointment, my LT will be serviced like it were their very own LT.
