Thanks for the offer Joe, but I'll pass....

I watched it, and it was alright, but it was kind of like going home - just not the same as you remember it.

I pointed out to my wife that Michael Parks Who plays Bronson was also the same person in "Kill Bill" who portrayed "Estabon" and the "Local Sherrif". She couldn't believe it... Of course, she's 7 years younger than I so she never saw it on TV.

I'm too far away from my DVR to catch that one. :( A DVD copy sure would be nice . . .

It'll take a few weeks, but I'll get it on DVD...EVENTUALLY. But Jay, I'm gonna want a dessert outta you. And Meese . . . about that RP1? :D

I'll let you know when I get around to getting that movie outta there. I physically have to remove the harddrives from my DVRs...then import the movies into my server, convert to .mpg, then burn. Not exactly a speedy process, but it works. And, it's kinda sorta fun...in a geek way I guess. Someday I'll get ReplayTV and it will be much easier. And with ReplayTV Meese, you could've remotely set it to record using the internet. Pretty cool.

Just watched it. I agree with the above quote. The TV show was not as much love story as I remember. But I could be wrong. He was more of a wandering nomad going from town to town doing odd jobs and doing good deeds. I memory serves me right.

I can make a VHS of the show if wanted

The show will be on next friday also Check out speedtv.com "lost drive in section" 12:00 pm eastern Lost Drive-In

Even if it aired the day before? Now that's pretty cool. ;)
