Mounting Backup Backrest on 99

Well I got a used backup to put on my 99 LT.

But, on my seat there are no bolts on the pan where the mounting tabs on the bracket are... Is the seat on the 99 different???

do I need to take the seat apart and use bolts/washers/nuts or will a couple of nice screws into the plastic pan suffice.. Looks like it mostly gets its stability from the front of the Pillon seat anyway,

The Bakup mounts to the rear seat's forward two bolts that hold the seat down.
