While I was working on my LT this afternoon and evening, Alice Cooper was the DJ on a local FM station. Fortunately, he was playing some music that I enjoyed. It started me thinking about the late 60s and early 70s as I was pondering the oil leak between my engine and the clutch bell housing.

Then it struck me--I need to find an "LT Love In". My LT needs a lot of Luvin, replace the trany and engine seals, replace the slave cylinder, drill the slave cylinder and bell housing weep holes. I figure that if I'm that far into the Lt's innards, I might as well replace the clutch's "break-line" with a stainless one.

Also been wondering why the seals leak? I thought replacing leaky engine oil seals went out of style in the 80s?

Anyone within a day's ride contemplating givin their LT the same or similar Lovin?

Based on my very weird schedule, I'd show up to gawk and offer useless advice...

I'm looking for someone to host the Luv-In.

I can turn wrenches and follow directions. But, I'd rather go thru this with someone, who can sit in an easy chair and watch football, American or Mexicano, that has done this.

I figure I can get all the parts, including extra bolts, and special tools, strip all the fairings except for the front nose cone, riders foot pegs, seat and rear side cases, and ride to the host's place. .

Start early, drink tons of caffeine, finish by that night, and eat pizza.

Bob,
I now have the room (3 car garage) to host, but have no experience. Now all we need to find is the experience.

I am in Mesa, just north of Brown Rd and Mesa Dr. (I better update my profile)
